When our clients purchased this beautiful classic home on the coast, they loved the location and exterior architecture.  But, the interiors felt dated and lacked the relaxed vibe and modern amenities that they desired.  Graceke Design provided a full range of custom design services to help  them reimagine floorplan and existing nautical décor – which was overly bright and a bit cliché for their tastes. 

 

New interiors adopt an “old-world meets new” style, balancing the home’s traditional architecture with light-filled, streamlined spaces that take advantage of coastal vistas instead of overpowering them. A neutral color palette and organic material selections create seamless transitions throughout. Lighter leathers, hard-working fabrics, and special floor sealers were used to ensure kid-friendly surfaces while meeting mom’s aesthetic.
