This Scandinavian-inspired getaway reflects our clients' love of modern design and desire for a calming space for their family at the beach. 

Graceke worked with the builder from the earliest conception of this "upside down" design to create a light-filled home with panoramic coastal views while simultaneously addressing the demands of a tight building lot.
