Graceke Design re-imagines a row of declining beach cottages in the heart of Narragansett.
Graceke Design earned local recognition for our contributions on this re-urbanization project in the heart of Narragansett village. We re-imaged a row of four tired beach cottages on Caswell Street to create vibrant new coastal beach homes in their place. Each 2,300-square-foot cottage offers four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, an open first floor plan, a charming front porch, laundry room, outdoor shower and two-car garage.
“In small spaces, everything had to be functional. Graceke used crisp, clean lines to account for the fact that everyone does not have the same style. In a spec build it was important to achieve a classic look so that everyone who walks in the door can feel themselves living there.”
